AboutKloudVPN
KloudVPN exists because everyday networks are nosy—coffee shops, landlords, ISPs. We build apps that encrypt the boring stuff (DNS, handshakes, reconnects) so you do not have to think about them.
Shipping privacy-focused VPN software since 2020
Privacy tools that feel normal
KloudVPN’s job is simple: encrypt your traffic, hide your IP, and stay out of the way. We sell that to individuals, teams, and partners who want the same stack under their own brand.
That means honest pricing, clients that survive OS updates, and support humans when something breaks. No-logs is not a slogan—it is how we architect billing and telemetry.
Privacy should be boring
The best privacy story is one you do not have to think about—encryption on by default, apps that reconnect, support when they do not. That is the world KloudVPN is building toward.
Ship faster tunnels
Protocols and clients should get updates before attackers get bored.
No computer science degree required
If you can install an app, you can run KloudVPN.
Show the wiring
Policies and status pages written for humans, not just lawyers.
KloudVPN by the Numbers
Our Story
From first commit to multi-platform clients—what changed year over year
KloudVPN ships
We started with a simple gripe: privacy tools were either flaky or confusing. KloudVPN set out to pair strong encryption with apps people could actually live with day to day.
Mobile + more regions
Android and iOS clients arrived alongside a wider mesh of countries so subscribers could test speeds closer to home—or farther away when they needed to.
Teams and partners
Remote work stopped being temporary, so we doubled down on business plans, resellers, and white-label packs for folks who wanted their own brand on top of our network.
WireGuard era
WireGuard became the default for most users: less battery, quicker handshakes, same stance on logging. We kept tightening leak protection and client UX alongside it.
Still shipping
KloudVPN now covers more platforms and use cases—streaming, travel, gaming, routers—without turning the product into bloatware. The job is the same: keep your tunnel boringly reliable.
Our Core Values
How we decide what ships, what waits, and what never gets logged
Privacy first
KloudVPN is built around not cataloging your browsing. If we do not need a data point to run the service, we do not collect it.
Straight answers
We publish what the apps do, how billing works, and how to reach a human when something breaks.
Ship useful tech
New protocols and client features land when they make real connections safer or simpler—not for slide decks.
Built for subscribers
Roadmap calls start from support tickets and speed tests, not only from what looks good in an ad.
Support that shows up
VPNs fail at 2 a.m. too—our team is judged on how fast we get you back online.
Open internet
Whether you are dodging café Wi‑Fi or heavy-handed blocking, KloudVPN is on the side of reaching the net you paid for.
Meet Our Leadership Team
The people accountable for product, privacy, and keeping the lights on
Alex Chen
CEO & Co-Founder
Background in applied security research and shipping consumer network tools. Focus: keep KloudVPN boringly reliable under real-world abuse.
Sarah Rodriguez
CTO & Co-Founder
Cryptography and distributed systems lead. Spends time on protocol rollouts, client performance, and making sure “secure” does not mean “slow.”
Marcus Johnson
Head of Security
Runs offensive testing against our own stack and vendors—patch cadence, configs, incident drills—so surprises happen in rehearsal, not production.
Emily Zhang
VP of Engineering
Owns the client and edge roadmap: fewer crashes, faster reconnects, cleaner updates across every OS we support.
David Kim
Head of Privacy
Maps product behavior to privacy promises—what we log, what we delete, and what we tell customers in plain language.
Lisa Thompson
Head of Customer Success
Runs the team answering tickets, chats, and escalations so a broken tunnel gets fixed before the user gives up on VPNs entirely.
